FAMILY FIRST
Across the nation, civil rights are being eroded.
The administration has eliminated all funding for the Fair Housing Initiatives Program, a vital program that provides funding to nonprofit fair housing organizations to combat illegal housing discrimination, promote equitable and affordable housing, and support neighborhood stability.
The administration has also terminated roughly 78 critical grants utilized to combat housing discrimination, reversed its stance on prosecuting racial discrimination cases involving Black and Latino individuals, and sought to rescind rules that hold governments accountable for segregation and discrimination.
Furthermore, it has prohibited federal diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives.
These actions are not merely policy shifts; they constitute direct threats to the civil rights of millions of individuals.
Advocate Nikita Wilson and STOP 422.6(a) family organization(501c3) are committed to defending communities against housing discrimination, holding powerful institutions accountable, and advocating for legislation that protects everyone’s right to a safe, livable & affordable home, regardless of their identity.
This work is more urgent than ever, but we cannot accomplish it alone.
If you believe in justice and equity, we urge you to stand with us & most importantly Help us continue fighting for others.
WE FIGHT 4 FAMILY, 4 COMMUNITY, 4 ALL & 4 WHATS FAIR HOUSING.
