As the head of Pikeville Neurology Clinic and Diagnostic Center in Pikeville, Kentucky, Dr. Sujata Gutti offers treatment for a variety of head and spine issues. She draws on board certification in electrodiagnostic medicine, having completed subspecialty training during her residency in both electroencephalograph (EEG) and nerve conduction/electromyography testing (NCV/EMG). Dr. Sujata Gutti also completed subspecialty training in neuropathology and neurocritical care, as well as a mini-fellowship in epilepsy at the Bowman Grey School of Medicine.

Dr. Sujata Gutti completed her neurology residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, where she had previously completed an internship in internal medicine. She joined the program following the successful completion of her Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) examination. Prior to her emigration to the United States, Dr. Gutti served as an intern at Du Kalyan Hospital in Raipur, India.

Dr. Gutti now balances her private practice with staff service at several Kentucky hospitals, including Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center and Highlands Regional Medical Center. She maintains active membership in the American Academy of Neurology, the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and several other professional organizations. She serves as a clinical faculty member at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine.
