Movie Producer/Actress/Songwriter SUSAN GOFORTH is best known for the acclaimed WAR OF THE WORLDS THE TRUE STORY and 10 DAYS IN A MADHOUSE – the Nellie Bly story starring Christopher Lambert. She produced the film and wrote the hit pop theme song for the indie comedy TOMORROW’S TODAY, and now costars in, composes the score and produces THE WILDE GIRLS, opening May 30 at Laemmle NoHo 7 in Los Angeles and June 6 at Cinema Village in NYC. A roaring comedy set in the Great Depression, the film follows two spoiled heiresses cast out to the pre-electrified Northwest with a price on their heads. After graduating college, Susan toured internationally and nationally, starring in Cyrano de Bergerac, The Miser, As You Like It, and Broadway tours including Guys & Dolls, Singin’ In The Rain, Me & My Girl, 42nd Street, and Follies.
Her work in hundreds of on-camera roles and voiceovers for Microsoft, AT&T, RealNetworks, Buick, and Honda led to a filmmaking career. Her first series pilot, CHROME is available on Amazon Prime. She also is a savvy visual effects artist and accomplished top-liner and composer.
Susan Goforth graduated magna cum laude from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
