I am Susan Kagan Edwards, I am credentialed in Physical Education K-12 with a Health Supplement K-9. I have my M.S. in Kinesiology, Sport and Exercise Psychology. I have been teaching PE since 1995, I went on maternity leave from 2004-2008. Returning to teaching is my goal. I have taught PE at the elementary level at Eader Elementary School in Huntington Beach, teaching the CATCH PE program, during the 2008-2009 school year. I was hired on the PE TIP grant which had be expired during that school year. I was so fortunate to work for McAuliffe Middle School in Los Alamitos, teaching 6-8 grade PE. While there I was able to use goal setting with the students and utilize my Sport Psychology skills, during the 2009-2010 school year.

Currently, I have been working and volunteering coaching soccer with my local AYSO division 114, and coached two teams boys under 6 and the boys under 8. What a great time we all had. This baseball season I am helping with coaching for the boys coach/pitch teams, Oakland A's. I am also volunteering to help out the farm league team Detroit Tigers too.

I am volunteering in Prisk Elementary School Kindergarten classes, and at Los Alamitos Elementary School first and second grades, teaching physical education games and activities.
