Susana and has been guiding in Madrid, Toledo, Segovia and Avila for over twenty years now as a full time fully licensed guide, and. . . here she is, still on stage, the older the wiser.

This hasn't been her only job ever, she's taught languages since. . . always, as this is the family business. She got to know the tourism industry down South, in Spain, growing in a tourist resort, since she was very young it grew as her early passion. Hotels, airlines, tour director. . . All these experiences have made Susana a very versatile and flexible person, which helps a lot with her actual activity. For six years she was the Chairman of the Madrid Tourist Guide Association, which shows her compromise with and faith in this profession which she finds absolutely wonderful, as it is so to be able to share with visitors, her friends, all the magnificent heritage that surrounds her. She finds so much satisfaction into seeing how you are delighted with your holiday choice that it encourages her even more to research more and more in order to share it all with you. When asked she says: "I have fun doing what I do as a living and that is the reason why you will have fun too. Who says that museums or history are boring? Our museums in Madrid hide so many treasures that you will long to come back as soon as possible in order to continue getting to know them. . . with me!? That would be fantastic."
