Sutukil Sauce

Sutukil (n.) - Sugba, Tuwa, Kilaw. A way of cooking fish where the poor creature is divided into three parts, and then grilled (sugba), tuwa (fish stew), and kilaw (something like Sashimi.)

But Sutukil Sauce is a film group. Made of healthy helpings of grit and topped off with a spoonful of what-the-hell.

It is a sweet, sour, and salty concoction created from the remnants of your ruined dignity, a dash of your money issues, a hint of your heart's bitterness, and a sprinkling of those magical scary stories that your yaya used to tell you so she could scare you to sleep, all compiled from the sad, struggling lives of 20 to 30-somethings.
