Syauqi Ahmad Zulfauzi Stya-Lacksana

Hello! My name is Syauqi, a language enthusiast who is based in Bandung, Indonesia. I am a highly skilled translator and interpreter with more than 9 years of professional experience in translating and interpreting. I am experienced in translating to and from Indonesian, English, Esperanto, and Sundanese.

Another interest of mine is The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. I translated The Little Prince to Sundanese, titled Prabu Anom, in 2018. Thanks to Prabu Anom, I became a TEDx speaker and delivered a TEDx Talk about the project.

I also oversee the Javanese translation project for The Little Prince, and I will oversee more translation projects of The Little Prince to regional languages in Indonesia.

I am involved in the Esperanto community as well. I have represented Indonesia in various international Esperanto congress and conferences in Japan, Belgium, France, Thailand, and Vietnam.

I am also engaged in the polyglot community. I was a part of a local polyglot community called Faktabahasa and a member of Polyglot Indonesia as well. In 2019, I delivered a short Sundanese course in Polyglot Conference in Fukuoka, Japan.
