“Born on July 23, 1991, in Natchez MS, Derrick “TDG” Woods moved to Jackson at the age of 5. TDG Started rapping at the age 0f 6 and proceeded to continue rapping because of the influence he got from 2Pacs’ Music. He then on began to gain a love for music that drove him to figure out a lot on his own. He first started off recording himself at his mother’s house in the closet. That’s where he laid down a lot of tracks to prep him for what God had in store. Around the age of 16 he realized that music was more then a passion, it was a desire. So from that day on he put all his energy into chasing his dream. At the age of 20 he moved from Jackson MS, to Orlando FL, to pursuit his dream in a more music oriented city. He is now well into his journey of becoming what he desires.“
