Terence Da Spoken

I am a writer and poet, and I have been writing for over two decades now. I love how poetry lets me be me with no restriction. I am free with my words and time does reside where creativity must build. I do more in writing than just poetry, but I also write books, script-writing, write blogs, and I also create music and paint time to time. The arts really have been my saving grace through my toughest times. I also want to be an advocate for those that go through depression and anxiety, because I know how that feels. I've been through the dark clouds and the dark times. Way more times than I would like to count. I also would love to be a advocate of Marijuana and cannabis use with those with depression and anxiety as well.
