Looking for an incisive, engaging, and collaborative association leader or conference director? "Boots" may be the perfect fit! As a proven innovator, I specialize in member growth, engagement and retention, conference and tradeshow management, community and special events, strategic planning, and core value exploration and development.

I am a proud graduate of Texas Woman's University and Southwest CUNA Management School. I earned my CMP in 2011 and a Business of Meetings certification from ASAE in 2009. My personal hobbies include volunteering, golf, softball, cooking, fishing, and spending joyful days with my beautiful daughter and sweet four-legged fur baby, Milly.

My prior work experience spans primarily non-profit state-based and global organizations, ranging in size from 500 to 20,000 members. Notable organizations I've worked with include Agile Alliance, The Powder Coating Institute, Texas Credit Union League, and the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association.
