TJ Haygood is a small business owner who is passionate about travel, public speaking and writing. She is the owner and CEO of TJ Haygood and Associates, a small business consulting firm and the parent company of Travel Treasures By TJ and Get Inclusive Vacations.

TJ began her career in accounting and finance in the early 80’s with Arthur Andersen and Hewlett Packard. Following a progressive career in accounting, TJ gained international program management experience while living in England and working as a civilian for the United States Air Force as a Career Focus Program Manager and Transition Assistant Specialist at Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath. As a result of her success, she was chosen as a guest speaker for an international business women’s event in Oslo, Norway. It was during that time that TJ launched her speaking career, which led to her speaking engagements to national and international organizations with 25 people to 2,000 people in the audience. Upon returning to the United States TJ relocated to Colorado, where she was invited into the exciting world of executive recruiting where she spent the last 15 years of her employment years before launching her new travel businesses. TJ is an award winning business owner, a passionate and experiential public speaker who inspires her audiences to become a better version of themselves.

A graduate of North Carolina A & T State University in Greensboro, NC and Southwestern Christian College in Terrell, TX, her part time is writing and DIY projects. She has authored her first book, “My Daddy is Bigger from the Eyes of A Child,” available on Amazon. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., and the Dellcrest Church of Christ where she and her husband are over the Widows Ministry.
