Tim Cool is the Chief Solutions Offices at Cool Solutions Group and has assisted nearly 400 churches, (equating to over 4 Million Sq Ft) throughout the United States with their facility needs. He is also the "architect" of the eSPACE software solutions.

He has collaborated with churches in the areas of facility needs analysis, design coordination, pre-construction coordination, construction management and life cycle planning/management.

Tim has also been a conference speaker at numerous national conferences and seminars including the national conferences for the NACBA, NACFM, Texas Ministry Conference and Worship Facility Expo. He maintains his national membership with the International Code Council for building codes. He is also a member of the International Facility Managers Association, National Association of Church Business Administration and National Association of Church Facility Managers.

Tim is also the author of, “Successful Master Planning: More Than Pretty Pictures”, "Why Church Buildings Matter: The Story of Your Space" and co-authored “Church Locality” with Jim Tomberlin.

Tim has been married to his best friend, Lisa, for 30 years and resides in Charlotte, NC with their 19-year-old triplets.
