Tahiti is a very small world, where almost everybody knows each other. Our business is based on trust and reputation.

I founded this company with my wife Suzanne in 1985. For the last 26 years, I've been a Court Expert Witness, RICS Chartered Surveyor (appraisals), my customers are local, and foreign (Colliers International for instance).

This ensures a correct valuation of properties offered for sale or rental. Our son Tahiri has taken over the management for about 25 years, but we continue to assist him.
