My name is Talal Abdulaziz alfurayh, I am a specialist in the field of Food and Nutrition with over 15 years of experience, working with an organization that focusing on food legislation and oversight.

I hold a bachelor of science degree from King Saud University, followed by a master of science degree in Food and Human Nutrition from Middle Tennessee State University, USA. Currently, I am a PhD candidate in the field of Human Nutrition, and I am working on my graduation project on the effect of a compound in Tomato on atherosclerosis.

I am interested in healthy food, food as medicine, food legislation and food-based interventions, as well as Internal Auditing.

My passion is to help people make healthy food choices that help them achieve their nutritional goals and improve their health and well-being.
