Talya Gershon

Having been a licensed clinical social worker in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over twenty years, Talya Gershon has a long professional history in the fields of mental health and psychology. She previously served as a psychotherapist in the Coastal Virginia area where she focused on helping members of the military and their families. Talya Gershon also provided support for a range of psychological health services for the United States Special Operations Command as an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Talya E. Gershon currently operates her own Virginia Beach life coaching and consulting practice that does business under the name Coastal Virginia Consulting, LLC. Since founding the company in 2014, she has helped a variety of businesspeople experience personal and professional growth. Talya E. Gershon’s areas of expertise include leadership development, career transitions, and interpersonal relationships. After earning her master of social work from Columbia University, she undertook postgraduate training in family therapy at the New York University Medical Center.
