Tami Smith

Tamara, a level III Reiki Master and teacher, presently works treating cancer patients at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura as part of the Auxiliary staff. She began her career in the global healing movement in June of 2000.

Tamara has built her practice around the idea that Reiki is a gift with a purpose. Because this form of healing caters to one’s personal energy, each individual receives exactly what he or she needs in order to enhance overall well-being. Her work also aims to broaden the connection with the higher self by means of chakra balancing, which can help us feel more grounded, confident, and able to communicate. While she is well versed in several modalities of intuitive healing, Tamara has found Reiki to be a spiritual experience unlike any she has known before.

Like others with a calling to the healing art of Reiki, she is confident that our world will experience a vast transformation as the community of healers grows, and is also available to perform distant healing sessions with Reiki energy.

Tamara loves to give intuitive/healing readings, as well as Realm readings with Faery and Angel energies. The most gratifying aspect of her work has been to help others grow spiritually, and to learn to follow and trust their intuition. Tamara considers her participation in the global healing movement to be an amazing gift: “the path of healing and teaching others to follow their spiritual paths is one of the most enriching lines of work anyone could be blessed with.”
