Before founding Knot Theory, I was a software engineer. I'm still drawn to all things geek.

Here's something more personal: I've had alopecia since I was 10 years old. It's an autoimmune condition where my body rejects my hair. It was something I kept to myself for a long time.

In 2013, I "came out" about my alopecia and it's been amazing! I'm also the president of Vancouver Alopecia Support Group. If you know someone who is having a hard time with their hairloss (in Vancouver or not), you can point them to me. I'll share my stories and do my best to help!
