I am a senior finance professional with a focus on strategic planning and enterprise performance management. In addition, I have a passion for targeted marketing, big data and predictive analytics, and synergistic alliances. I enjoy collaborating with executives to help the organization optimize profit, client satisfaction, and other key performance metrics.

My solid corporate finance career (CPA, CFO, FP&A) was built on Big 4 public accounting (Deloitte) and Fortune 500 (Knight Ridder) pedigree. I went on to co-found an Internet marketing start-up up as CFO and Vice President of Performance Management and helped it grow by 20% per year for a dozen years.

My finance career has included successful roles in public accounting, internal audit, general accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analytics, strategic analysis, and process redesign. I have mastered the role of CFO at both large public companies and technology growth start-ups. While at Knight Ridder, I was a hand-selected process leader charged with reviewing and improving administrative controls and costs at 32 disparate subsidiaries. The team reviewed, standardized, centralized, automated, and re-engineered procurement, billing, payroll, general accounting, and financial planning systems – savings millions of dollars in the process.

I am adapt at providing financial reporting, forecasts and analysis, and key metric benchmarking and monitoring.

I am based in Silicon Valley, California, where I lead a variety of groups focused on cutting edge big data and predictive analytics technology.
