American Association of Drugless Practitioners Board Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Counselor. I have a degree in physical education and nutrition. I received training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Based in New York City, Integrative Nutrition is the largest nutrition school in the world. The school offers the world's leading Health Coach Training Program™ and teaches over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and cutting-edge coaching methods. Integrative Nutrition allowed me to learn from top experts in the field of health and wellness including Dr. Andrew Weil, Geneen Roth, Dr. David Katz, Walter Willett, Deepak Chopra, Dr. John Douillard, Barry Sears, Dr. Mark Hyman, and David Wolfe among many others which deepened her knowledge in dietary theories and treating the whole person. An appreciation of the importance of whole, unrefined foods and the necessity of incorporating these into the hectic American lifestyle is of utmost importance to me. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on my education and experience, I work with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. I became a Certified Personal Fitness Chef through Master Chef Marie (co-author of The Saint-Tropez Diet & The Park Avenue Diet)who is a native of Paris, France where she grew up around gourmet foods and wines. I also studied the Psychology of Eating through Food Psychology at the Spencer Institute. The program and lectures were taught by Marc David of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
