Pauline Alcera currently serves co-terminus with Senator Alan Peter S. Cayetano as Digital Media Strategist and Political Affairs Officer to the Majority Floor Leader of the Republic of the Philippines. Her duties include ensuring the Senator can execute his interviews on a daily basis and, on behalf of the Senator's immediate interests, overseeing the planning and implementation of Senate hearings, speeches, sessions and meetings. Ms. Alcera liaises daily with senior staff, news agencies, social media influencers, youth leaders, and the Legislation Commitee.

Previously, Pauline served in the office of Senator Cayetano's 2013 midterm campaign, developing many of the digital media events, town halls, and traveling procedures used around the country for the campaign.

Born in Manila, Philippines, she earned a degree in Business Administration with double degree in Marketing and Advertising and graduated with Academic Excellence from Asia Pacific College. While still finishing her coursework, she began working with Senator Pia Cayetano's Office under the Aquino administration, tweeting on behalf of the Senators from 2011 through 2013.
