The BattlePlan Kitchen process started about 5 years ago. The lead blogger, Sonya, played video games for many years since she was 17 years old. But there was something more important than video games to Sonya, and that was cooking, since she has been doing since she was 8 years old. Now it all comes together. Sonya is now 29 years old, married with a son and wants a life that she can be remebered by even if its a small community. So, Sonya went to her little brother Zach, who is in college to be a dietatician, and he put the name to the blog, "The Battle Plan." So here we are, a team that is starting a new trend in life. I am here to teach, create, and write recipes for those who can not for themselves. I am a gamers gift, a treasure chest full of surprises.
