Dee Armstrong's television news anchor career has spanned 31 years. Dee hosts "The Dee Armstrong Show" and anchors WLTZ First News Today.
Dee's career in journalism began when she graduated from high school and became a weekend news reporter in at WDAK AM radio in Columbus. While attending Columbus College at 19-years-old, Dee became the weekend anchor at WRBL and was one of the youngest television anchors in the country. Two years later, she accepted a weekend anchor position at WSBT in South Bend, Indiana.
But Dee's heart has always been home in Columbus. She spent 22 years at WTVM where she was consistently rated by the community the number one news anchor in the local television market. Dee has also received numerous awards for reporting, anchoring and community service.
