My primary interest in the sales process is to find what suits the customers’ needs in the most cost-effective way possible whether that’s a used sedan or the most expensive SUV on the lot. You are going to be living with it and I very much want you to refer your friends and family to me personally when they are ready to invest in a new(er) car.
My sales philosophy is based on the core principals of relationship based selling and question based selling. I'm a student of the art and science of sales. I believe that 'people don't like to be sold but they love to buy' and I believe that in order to be consistent, I must always be myself.
