The Law for Startups

Somehow, the simple art of communication in English becomes complex when the subject matter is the law. It also becomes complex when a startup seeking advice has its founder simultaneously trying to find solutions to every pressing problem the world is facing.

Typicaly, the founder would prefer not to spend time talking to a lawyer and figuring out what other big companies have already figured out. He expects that as a start up the answers should be sent to him via personalized email by lawyers and other well wishers :)

This Blog attempts to do just that; put the answers out there, demystify the legalese and talk to founders onwhat they ought to know while they are in business – the how to, when to and what to as a start up in India!
