Al Agami & The Rap Rehab Ensemble

The idea behind the concept was to create a musical constellation which could encompass
the interests of the frontman Al Agami. His mission is to get the storyteller back into
the thick of things. Everybody loves a good story, even a bad story when it´s told well.
Al wanted to put together a band of brothers who could travel light and still maintain
the heavy bass sound. In addition to this, it wastedious and tiresome playing
the same songs, to the same crowds in the same little duckpond that is Copenhagen.

The Rab ReHab Ensemble is more than a musical concept. It is a fellowship of
musicians who are experts in their own fields and band leaders in their own
rights who have come together, to play together and to experience the love
that can only come from loving the music more than the business.
