The Scoggins Team is a family operating real estate team. Their business runs 98% on referrals from past clients, friends and family. The team is made up of Debbie, Jody, and Kim Scoggins.

Debbie and husband Pogo, of 36 years, live on a cattle ranch in Lorena. She has three sons, two work the cattle ranch and one is a Realtor. Debbie has over 25 years of experience as a Realtor in Waco. Her experience in the business has helped her build strong relationships with other Realtors, lenders, title companies, and the many other professionals in the industry. She also gives a lot of time back to the community by serving on the Board of Realtors, Womens Council of Realtors, HOT Fair, West-fest, WVFD, CTYRA, and ABWA

Jody, Debbie’s son, has been around the real estate business most of his life. He went to Robinson ISD, and later went on to become a Realtor. He and his wife Kim, currently reside in the Robinson area, with their one year old Emma. Jody has a back ground in construction, remodeling, and real estate investments. His experience and relationship with contractors, allow their clients the ease of doing updates, repairs, and other modifications without worries. Jody also has received the Graduate Realtor Institute designation.

Kim, Jody’s wife, is a graduate of Midway ISD. While going to school to become a teacher she worked for one of the top agents in Waco. Once she graduated, she went to work at Mountainview Elementary, where she taught for five years and was awarded “Teacher of the Year” in 2014. After having Emma, Kim decided to join the family business and become a Realtor. She works as the Team coordinator, taking care of all of the behind the scene work for our listings and buyer contracts.
