Chic Chef are two words that describe urban sophisticate Chef Nichole Adriane. Hailing from Baltimore Maryland, The Urban Chic Chef courageously walked away from the daily grind of Corporate America to pursue her passion for culinary in The City That Never Sleeps in 2011. Chef Nichole's love of cooking stems from watching her mom make pots and pans sing in the kitchen during her childhood. She was raised in a household where meals were not only southern infused and mouth-watering, but also healthy, lean and comforting. After working in a trendy Soho restaurant for one day, Chef Nichole realized that she preferred working in an environment that is both intimate and personable. The Urban Chic Chef reflects Chef Nichole's belief that her cooking should always awaken her client's senses of taste, smell and sight; not only should food look like a masterpiece, but it should always taste delicious and smell amazing too. Both a personal chef and in-home caterer, Chef Nichole's robust clientele includes Pure Yoga, Friends of Fresh & Green Academy and various professionals throughout New York City. Chef Nichole made her television debut during the summer of 2012 when filming a commercial for Food Network's wildly popular cooking show "Chopped." Chef Nichole is currently in the process of launching a luxury apron line called "The Urban Chic Apron Collection" which will make its debut in the fall of 2013.
