Therese Quiao

Therese Quiao is the Chief Passion Officer and Director of Digital Branding at The Publicist League. She has years of solid experience in the communications industry, including public relations, social marketing and digital journalism. In the past, Therese spearheaded a social media campaign for the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. Life opportunities had given her insider experience in the world of fashion and luxury branding, where she was able to work at lingerie tradeshows and at events during New York Fashion Week. Before co-founding Publicist League, Therese has worked at various public relations agencies and as an in-house marketing director. More importantly, Therese helped inspire societal change by working on a national healthcare campaign to fight against Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease. Therese is a graduate of American University in Public Communications and Psychology. She is currently completing a Master's Program at Georgetown University with a focus on Digital Strategy and has a close relationship with the Georgetown Center For Social Impact.
