Through workshops, mentoring and instructional classes with survivors, The Royal Spoil promotes careers in cosmetology as a means of self sufficiency and lucrative alternative to returning to unhealthy lifestyles and relationships. Founded in 2013 by advocate, educator and beauty industry professional, Holland Marielle Durham, the organization strives to inspire all women and girls to discover their purpose and use their God-given talents to make a positive impact in the world.
