Therrian Fontenot
Founder of Help2Others in Tampa, FL, USA
I’m Therrian Fontenot, a former football athlete whose journey has been shaped by discipline, hard work, and growth. I was born in Louisiana and raised in Los Angeles, where I found my passion for football early on. I attended Leuzinger High School and graduated in 2000, earning a full scholarship to Fresno State to continue playing at the next level.
My time in football taught me more than just the game. It taught me how to stay consistent, how to push through challenges, and how to stay focused on long-term goals. I made the decision to leave college early to pursue a professional football career, and that experience gave me a deeper understanding of preparation, pressure, and resilience.
Today, I focus on staying active through fitness, weight training, and golf. I’m also working on building my charitable initiative, Help2Others, with the goal of giving back and supporting others in their own journeys.
Everything I’ve done has been built on discipline. I believe in showing up every day, putting in the work, and continuing to grow, no matter where you are in life.
