Thomas Gazanis

Hi, My name is Thomas Gazanis. I would like to welcome those viewing this page to my ePortfolio. I am currently in my second year at Victoria University doing a Bachelor of business (International Tourism management) focusing my elective units primarily in the field of Human resource management.

In my time away from University I work as a Manager at McDonald's, it is my job to ensure that all customers have a pleasant and timely experience. It is also my job to ensure the crew members are following all procedures and working for their money. At the same time as this I have to ensure that Labour targets are met so we meet profitability targets.

When I finish uni I would seek employment at a Tourist attraction in an entry level position which would allow me to further enhance my development and my knowledge in the Tourism industry. In an ideal world I would eventually want to work in a Management role at various different tourist attractions ensuring a sustainable yet profitable growth within the tourism industry.
