Thomas Lamia

Thomas Lamia began his dance training at the age of eight in Ozone Park, New York at Steps Ahead Dance Studio. In 2007, Thomas was accepted into the dance program at Frank Sinatra School of the Arts (FSSA). While at FSSA, he studied dance under Ani Udovicki, Oliver Heuts and Rachael Wurman and having the opportunity to perform all around New York area. Thomas Performed at the Metropolitan Opera House, New York Live Arts and Tony Bennett Concert Hall. He also had the opportunity to work with Jessica Lang and Kanji Segawa for American Ballet Theatre: Make A Ballet program.
After graduating from FSSA, Thomas was accepted into Dean College for his bachelor’s degree in dance. While at Dean, he studied dance under Gregory King, Julianne O’Brien Pedersen, Rose Pasquarello Beauchamp, Richardo Foster Jr., Todd Shanks and Bill Evans. He had the opportunity to intern with Ricardo Foster's dance company called Unyted Stylz. He also had the opportunity to learn different styles of dance. Thomas is a senior at Dean College and is excited what the future holds for him.
