Thomas works at the Kansas Leadership Center, an organization seeking to build leadership capacity for the common good. He is the Director of Faith Initaitives where he seeks to build the leadership capacity faith communities in Kansas. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wichita State University. For fun, he runs endlessly to train for his next marathon or ultra-marathon and enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and daughter Charlotte, reading, learning, mentoring, and drinking coffee.
