About Our Attorneys
Woody Thompson is a graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a degree in mathematics and his law degree. After graduating law school, Mr. Thompson worked at a top civil law firm in the areas of complex commercial litigation, products liability and intellectual property law. He then decided to return to practicing DUI and Criminal Defense Law.
Jay S. Volquardsen attented Arizona State University where he obtained a degree in Construction Project Management and his Juris Doctor of Law. In January 2001, Mr. Volquardsen began his legal career working for another law firm in the area of bankruptcy law. Since 2001, he has effectively represented many clients in both criminal and bankruptcy proceedings.
Jim Simpson received a degree in Political Science at California Lutheran University and his law degree at Quinnipiac College School of Law. He is a former DUI prosecutor. Mr. Simpson has since then gained valuable and extensive legal experience particularly in Criminal Law.
