Tiajuana Newton, also known and adored as "Tia"is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of S.A.L.T. Solutions, LLC; a Maryland based network partnership company that equips partners and consumers to develop entrepreneur strategy, and motivate those to attain the accountability required to succeed in personal and professional development in preparation for today’s market place.

As a Transitional Life Coach, Tia is passionate about matters of emotional healing for women; financial stewardship; and teachings.
