Born & Raised in Phoenix, AZ Tiffany J. this mother of 1 began her professional career in radio at KKFR in Phoenix as a promo rep & on air personality. Leaving AZ in 2004, to assist Petey Pablo as he released his hit record "Freak-A-Leek" opened her eyes to the world of artist MGMT. A gig at Baby Ree MGMT would officially make Tiffany J. a touring & day-to-day manager for International DJ, Lady Tribe & rapper Knoc-tur'nal. Moving to Atlanta in 2005 her mentor Michael "Blue" Williams, brought her on as a manager at Family Tree Entertainment. Managing the careers of producers Bangladesh and assisting in placing Lil Wayne's classic "A Milli", The Heatmakerz, Ez Elpee & Trak Starz, & many more. In 2006, managing St. Louis rapper Huey brought on his Hit "Pop, Lock and Drop It. Then taking on a consulting job as SR. VP of A&R at Big Cat Records she A&R'd Gucci Mane's album Hard To Kill album & placed the lead single "Freaky Girl". 2007 she discovered Arizona rapper Willy Northpole, signed him to Ludacris's record Disturbing Tha Peace/Def jam and released his album Tha Connect. 2008 she discovered & managed now R&B star K.Michelle and hit songwriter Rico Love. Early 2011 she started working with rapper Yung Berg. She then diligently worked to turn the rappers career around by reinventing him to a now hugely successful songwriter & producer known as Hitmaka. Hitmaka is now a 4 time Grammy nominated producer/songwriter with hits like hit Big Sean's "Bounce Back", Nick Minaj "Want Some More", 2012, Tiffany found a regionally known producer & songwriter named Ty Dolla $ign. Then doing his recording deal at Atlantic Records and releasing Beach House 1 & 2. Leaving Family Tree in 2013, she was named Director of A&R & day-to-day management for the legendary production team of The Underdogs. She then became COO of Meshach Media. Picking up Wale as a client and as fate would have it Tiffany would work with K.michelle again. Being her A&R & manager for her 3rd album "More Issues Than Vogue". that debuted at #2 on the top 200 albums. Currently managing Media Maven, Karen Civil, Hitmaka, and new kid on the block 30 Roc. 30 Roc currently has 3 songs on the Billboard Hot 100, and a string of hits including Yo Gotti’s “Rake It Up” f. Nicki Minaj, Jay Rock’s “King is Dead” f. Kendrick Lamar & Future off the Black Panther album, and Cardi B. “Bartier Cardi f. 21 Salvage.
