Tim is an Australian educator who is passionate about equipping young people with a global mindset along with the relevant skills and connections in order for them to become the change agents of tomorrow.

His passion for global learning has taken him all over Asia, Europe, Scandinavia and the Middle East in order to connect and partner with leading educational practitioners, thinkers and policy makers.

Tim has previously been a member of the Senior Executive at Northern Beaches Christian School and part of the Leadership Team at The Sydney Centre for Innovation in Learning.

Tim is currently part of the College Senior Executive in the role of Head of College Ministry and Global Learning. This role is both locally and globally focused.

Locally, Tim provides a link between the College and the Anglican Church of Noosa and facilitates an extensive service learning program.

Globally, Tim oversees both the international service and experiential learning programs as well as growing a worldwide network of partner schools for the purpose of collaborative learning and staff and student exchanges.

Tim is also a Director of the St Andrew's Institute of Learning (SAIL). SAIL is a research and innovation unit embedded within St Andrew's which aims to challenge, impact and inspire in order to foster individual and collective growth.

Tim is part of a team that desires to transform educational thinking and practice both at St Andrew's and in the wider educational community.
