I am a Certified Human Resources Leader with a diverse professional background including Human Resources, Operations Management and Customer Service.

I leverage my experience to partner with clients offering a range of services and support. I work with start-up and small business owners to create solutions resulting in a high performance workplace.

I also work with new job seekers and seasoned professionals who are in career transition. I truly empathize with the personal and professional challenges people face. I support individuals to see clearly through the chaos and focus on what you want, and how to get it.

I volunteer as the Director of Communications with the HRPA York Region Chapter. I also support the HRPA's mentoring programs and the Annual Conference & Trade Show.

When I am not supporting clients and individuals, I am likely coaching my kids' sports teams, volunteering in the community or engaging my professional network.
