Over the course of his career, Tim Salvesen has held multiple roles, including audit senior manager, vice president, and treasurer. For a decade, he worked at KPMG, LLC, as an audit senior manager, after which he moved on to FGMK for a year in the same role. Most recently, he has taken on a position as vice president, corporate controller, and treasurer at GridLiance, which works with public power companies to develop quality transmission solutions. In these roles, Tim Salvesen oversees a wide range of company functions, including accounting and benefits management. Much of his role consists of supervisory work, overseeing teams in the accounting and financial departments of the company.

Tim Salvesen also enjoys playing and watching sports. He runs when he has the time and plays golf on occasion. Like many Chicago residents, he likes to watch the local sports teams play, and he is on the season ticket wait list for the Chicago Bears.
