An accomplished category management and merchandising executive with a career that spans more than three decades, Timothy J. Kotowski holds a certificate in financial management services from the Kenan Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and a bachelor of business administration from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. While attending Canisius, Timothy J. Kotowski served as president of the College’s Business Management Society.

Mr. Kotowski’s professional accomplishments include leading Food Lion to become one of the fastest-growing grocers in America and spearheading the successful merger of the Family Dollar and Dollar Tree companies.. He has also earned two “Merchant of the Year” designations and a "Rising Star" award as a Category Management Director in charge of kitchen cabinets, countertops, and sinks with Lowes Home Improvement.

Since 2017, Timothy Kotowski has overseen all Walmart business accounts on the East Coast for Monster Energy. In addition to handling sales and promotion functions, he manages the distribution of Monster Energy drinks through the Coca-Cola Company.
