Todd Beardsley

Todd Beardsley began his Real Estate career immediately after graduating from San Jose State University with an MBA in Marketing. Currently residing in Atherton, Todd is a lifelong resident of the South Bay and the Peninsula. This provides him with a comprehensive understanding of area neighborhoods.

Todd has worked in residential real estate for the past 25 years. He became the managing Broker/Owner of Menlo Atherton Realty in 2006. He has extensive experience as a Sales Agent and Managing Broker as well as a long history of working with Builders & Developers of residential properties.

Todd brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients, providing them with expert guidance and negotiation through all phases of the buying and selling processes. Todd concentrates his efforts on working with buyers and sellers in the Peninsula and Silicon Valley.

Todd Beardsley believes that the real estate market should evolve to keep pace with the Internet. Because of this, Todd embraced the model of Real Estate Commission Rebates, where the home buyer receives commission rebate of 1-1.5% of the purchase price of the home. Since buyers have full control of the data, they no longer need agents to drive them around to look for a home. Menlo Atherton Realty rewards buyers for doing the legwork they are already doing.
