Todd Troeger

With more than a quarter century of commercial banking experience, Todd Troeger currently serves as vice president for commercial banking at the First Midwest Bank in Palos Heights, Illinois. He began his career at Key Bank of South Bend, Indiana, after earning his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 1988. During the eight years he spent at Key Bank, Todd Troeger established a base of knowledge in credit analysis and commercial lending he continues to build on today.

After leaving Key Bank in 1996, Todd Troeger held positions at regional banks in the Midwest and in California. In 2000, he transitioned to SYM Financial Corporation in South Bend, where he was primarily responsible for business development in the areas of 401(k) plan administration, business and personal wealth management, and health care consulting. Troeger brought new clients with more than $10 million in assets under management to the firm before joining Citibank’s Tinley Park, Illinois, offices in 2002. After a decade there, he assumed his current position at First Midwest Bank.

When not attending to his professional responsibilities, Todd Troeger enjoys a broad range of recreational activities and hobbies. In addition, he enthusiastically supports the work of Christian Missionary Fellowship International in its efforts to improve the lives of underprivileged children in Africa.
