Todd Walsh, CCIM

Todd Walsh specializes in commercial office, industrial and retail leasing and sales. As a Boulder native, he offers in-depth, personal knowledge of the Boulder County market.

Todd has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognition held by only three percent of commercial real estate agents in the nation. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2003, and has since closed over 500 commercial transaction totaling $155 million in volume. Professional Experience: Prior to his career as a commercial broker, Todd worked at Storage Technology Corporation as an asset manager. There he focused on expense and cost efficiency and was directly responsible for the financial analysis of a multi-million dollar budget.

Education: Todd graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder, focusing in finance and economics. During his college career, Todd attended school in Perth, Australia, where he studied corporate finance and investment as well as international business and investment.

Personal Interests: Todd is an avid traveler and outdoorsman. As a life-long resident of Boulder, he takes advantage of all Colorado has to offer including fly fishing, skiing, hiking, camping and biking. Todd is also an avid CU Buffalos fan, new father to a baby girl and enjoys scuba diving in tropical waters on vacation.
