For more than 25 years, I’ve been interested in how people work together and even more curious about when they do not.
In 1996 I started a meeting facilitation and training business. After working with thousands of groups, I have come to understand the difference between people who can pull a group together and those who cannot.
When the work’s not getting done, I help them solve the problem. When they get on each other’s nerves, I help them patch it up. When they are uncertain about what to do, I help them set a course.
My clients want to be bigger, faster, and stronger. They want talented and engaged employees. They want processes that work. They want to make better decisions in less time. They want to bring order to the chaos.
