Tom Schrachta has spent most of his life in Charlotte building an extensive 17-year background in real estate by nurturing relationships and working throughout a variety of neighborhoods. Tom enjoys the endless possibilities of real estate and the rewards of helping people find their home in this amazing city. When Tom is not closing or showing a property he enjoys living the good life; spending time with his family, playing guitar, and the occasional game of poker.
