Tonga Ramseur
My name is Tonga Ramseur; I graduated from the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University in Greensboro North Carolina, with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemical Engineering. I have a Masters of Arts in Teaching Concentration Chemistry from University of Central Florida. I have taught Chemistry, Physical Science Physics, Integrated Science, and Earth Space. I currently teach AP Chemistry.
I want students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in an atmosphere that is stimulating and adaptive to their diverse needs. I focus on instilling in my students a love of learning, as well as teaching them to be responsible and involved citizens.
I believe it takes more than a single individual to make a difference in the lives of students. Therefore, I have learned the value of being a team player and the importance of communicating with colleagues, parents, and administrators, so that I will be able to provide the best education possible for my students. I take great pride in being not only a teacher, but also assuming the role of a mentor.
