I am incredibly lucky to have had a really cool career in television which has allowed me to meet people from all walks of life.. I spent over fifteen years working as a television newsreader and news reporter covering stories in Australia and overseas.

A career highlight was covering a story in Zimbabwe on the plight the black rhino. I walked through Matusadona National Park with former Australian cricket captain Alan Border who was in Zimbabwe to help raise funds to save the Rhino.

In 2005 I jumped the media fence to establish-‘Media Animal’-a PR/Media relations agency dedicated to animal related people and businesses.

This job has allowed me to unearth unexpected animal stories-ordinary people doing extraordinary work with animals!

I recently launched an online Australian Animal Channel called 'Media Animal TV'-www.mediaanimal.tv which features all the wonderful people and stories i have unearthed running Media Animal .

I love travel especially to Africa as its here where i recharge through the serenity of nature and wildlife.

I love my husband my beautiful son . Until recently our third family member was 'Frank' my adored boxer dog who sadly at age 11 lost his fight against cancer- He's in my heart forever though. I appreciate that life has been good to me and i do not take it for granted..
