From leading in the corporate boardrooms, to instructing on the hardwood floor or motivating youth in the classroom, Tracy A. Jones, Founder of Fam-First Athletics, is a leader in the grass roots efforts of student-athlete development. Knowing the importance of having balanced athletic skill and academic acumen, Mr. Jones offers dedicated and determined youth, quality programming that facilitates success on and off the court. In addition to directing and executing a full service student-athlete development portfolio, Mr. Jones works as a Senior Audit Associate for a large International Accounting Firm. Mr. Jones received a dual Bachelor’s of Business degree in Accounting and Sports Management Widener University, Class of 2009. During his tenure at Widener University, he served as an Ambassador for Student-Athletes, held leadership positions in several collegiate organizations, as well as a member and 2 year co-captain of the Men’s Basketball Team. Mr. Jones impact and ongoing legacy was acknowledged by the institution, as he was awarded the highest distinction, Widener University’s President’s Award (given annually to the graduating senior who contributed the most to the campus through service and leadership).

Through clinics, workshops and mentoring, Mr. Jones continues to offer both academic and athletic support to deliver consistent opportunities of collegiate level exposure to the youth of Philadelphia and his hometown of Indian Head, MD.
