I have performed large scale engagement survey analysis and presented trends in an easy to follow and concise format. I specialize in excel reporting, labour market research and talent sourcing.

I have a passion for HR policy and have created numerous policy documents surrounding topics like absence management, return to work, and violence in the workplace. I am committed to continuous professional development through my membership to the HRPA in pursuit of the CHRP designation. I have a strong foundation in training through my role as a co-founder and facilitator of the AMPED leadership conference at the University of Waterloo hosted by UW's Residence Life Team.
