I have over 25 years’ experience in international project development, finance, procurement and implementation focused on renewable power development, water / waste water utility infrastructure development, and solid and hazardous waste development. I am highly active in the Asian marketplace and lived and worked there for over 12 of the past 20 years, managing group infrastructure investment portfolios and developing clean, green and environmental infrastructure projects. I have managed renewable energy project assignments surrounding over 9,000MW of installed grid and off grid capacity, and I have delivered utility scale infrastructure projects serving over 100 million persons. I have personally been involved in leveraged infrastructure project investments well in excess of $10 Billion. I am highly experienced in financial due diligence, investment analysis, and managing complex multinational matrix project teams at the Team Leader level. I serve clients in developing public-private procurement solutions, with a focus on outsourcing, P3s and IPP renewable energy projects across a number of generation technologies, including: wind, marine, run-of-river hydro, and solar PV. I have extensive experience and expertise in the delivery of private sector water and waste water infrastructure solutions, as well as clean technology transfers and partnership arrangements targeting Asia.
